What LegalForge is

LegalForge fills in document templates from your answers. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice and does not review your business. A document is only as accurate as the answers you give, so read it before you publish it, and have a qualified lawyer review it if your situation is unusual.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Cancel any time from your account; the plan continues to the end of the period you paid for. Each plan's website and document-type allowances are enforced by the service.

Money-back guarantee

You can have your first payment refunded in full within 14 days of paying it, once per account. See how it works.

Your use

Do not use the service to publish documents that misstate your business, to attack the service, or to resell access to it. Keep your API key private; you are responsible for use of it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
